1. Who can join us?

   In the United States, an accredited investor is an individual who meets specific criteria regarding income, net worth, or professional experience. An annual income exceeding $200,000 ($300,000 for joint income) for the last two years with a reasonable expectation of the same income level in the current year. A net worth exceeding $1 million, either individually or jointly with their spouse, excluding the value of the primary residence. Certain finance-sector certifications or designations, such as a Series 7, Series 65, or Series 82 license.

2. Can I join Network Silicon Valley Club if I am not a US resident?

   Of course! Our community is global, we unite people with shared values from all corners of the world.

3. What are your fees?

   We charge a 10% one-time upfront fee for a five-year term, which includes 4% of the aggregate Capital Contributions of the Members during the Company’s first fiscal year, 3% during the Company’s second fiscal year, 2% during the Company’s third fiscal year, and 0.5% each during the Company’s fourth and fifth fiscal years, with a maximum total of $10,000. If the startup exits early, any unused management fee is refunded. Upon exit, we also take a 20% carry (success fee).

4. How are investment opportunities evaluated?

   Every startup undergoes meticulous analysis by our analysts. We also hold Q&A sessions with founders and analysts for our club members, where you're encouraged to ask any questions. We're dedicated to sending you session recordings and providing all relevant materials, ensuring you have a clear understanding for confident investment decisions.

5. What benefits does the syndicate club provide?

   We handle all the paperwork and provide the opportunity to co-invest in High-Tech US-based startups. The exclusive deal flow is sent directly to your email, and our team is always willing to answer your questions and share additional information. We also organize online and in-person pitch events, where you can network with VCs and industry experts.

6. Do I need to sign physical documents?

   All the paperwork is handled online and the documents can be signed via our platform.
